Refund policy

Because our products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us at Info@gravelcasual.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong address If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
